Our focus is on growth of income. There is substantial empirical evidence that dividends have been a significant contributor to total equity returns over time. Our research and our results confirm that identification of exceptional dividend growth companies leads to substantial outperformance. We invest in companies that possess characteristics which allow for predictable and substantial dividend growth.

We focus on individual companies’ ability to increase operating cash flow and their propensity to share this success by paying increasing dividends to shareholders. Our securities require an investment grade rating. Company fundamentals are monitored on an ongoing basis and existing holdings are replaced if our expectations of their dividend growth are not met.
