Our concepts are tested and tried with our own capital before they are opened to investors. Our concerns are the amount of loss, relative to the benchmark in periods of market decline, and the time period to recover investor capital. We believe this risk is mitigated by investing in businesses that possess predictable dividend growth characteristics. We are rigorous in adhering to our selling discipline. We are committed to best practices as they relate to client service and corporate governance. Our approach to management fees is fair pricing and correctly puts the emphasis on being paid for results.
